Why are they not sending you on overseas trips often? My friend's daughter who works for XYZ company has been to the US twice last year and this year she is going to UK.

After:
Life is not just flying around to other countries. When are you planning to have kids?

Hi PVS, I would like to share about my friend who had a different experience. At that time he had actually worked few years in Singapore and he wanted to go to US like one of his friend. But his father (Oh!Man he is a fierce person) told him that he can do so after getting married. Since my friend cant go against him, said ok. Then he got married and after two years wanted to go to US again he went for permission. But this time his Dad told "You better have a baby first, then you can go". So he said ok. After few years he is father of two. Now he went and asked his Dad for permission, do you know what he said, "Do you want to go now after setting up family here and that too after having two kids?. Be content with what you have and stay in Singapore"

Ha ha ha, all our friends had good laugh at him. One more reason that he is not given the permission now is that his parents feel that US is too far away to fly if in case they want to see their grandchilder.

Hi PVS,

"Needs and aspiration". Not only that there is no end to it, there is also no consistency to it.

Romba karactu! To be content with what one has/does is a very rare quality. And these people just make it so difficult for the rest of us! :-)
